MERIDEN - Adeline Catherine Lynes, 95, formerly of 165 Centennial Ave., died Monday, Oct. 1, 2001, at Coccomo Memorial Health Care. She was the wife of the late William Lynes. Born in Meriden on July 1, 1906, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Anna Gamber Krick. She was a graduate of Meriden High School and was the owner of the former Paramount Package Store. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church. She is survived by her beloved sister, Mildred Zigmond of Meriden; a brother and his wife, Kenneth and Naedred Krick of Yalesville; a sister-in-law, Kay Krick of Meriden; two nieces, Karen Krick of Meriden and Judy Potter of Feeding Hills, MA; three nephews, Donald Krick, William Krick and Robert Zigmond, all of Meriden; several greatnieces and greatnephews; and several great-greatnieces and great-greatnephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Krick. The funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at the Beecher and Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden. The Rev. Robert Friedrich will officiate. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call Thursday at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m.
