ALBERT E. CALLAN, JR. Hamden- Albert Edward Callan, Jr., 75, of 51 Ingram St passed away October 7, 2001, in Yale New Haven Hospital. He was born in New Haven, August 3, 1926 a son of the late Albert E. and Florence Hughes Callan, Sr. and had lived in Hamden most of his life. He was a reporter for the former Journal Courier and later retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He attended the First Unitarian Universalist Society of New Haven and is survived by two cousins. Service of interment will be in Westville Cemetery, Whalley Ave., New Haven, Friday, October 26 at 11 am. Arrangements in care of BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden.
