Albert 'Albie' Towles, age 81, of West Haven, passed away at home on January 1, 2017. He was born in New Haven on July 6, 1935 to the late Lewis and Harriett Lockwood Towles. He is survived by his children; Lisa Towles of NY, Michael and Steven Towles of West Haven, and Melissa and Michael (son-in-law) Clark of Madison. Albie also leaves an ex-wife, Cynthia 'Cissy' Towles and his grandchildren Autumn and Mariah Marie Towles of West Haven. He is predeceased by his wife, Rosemary Meisner-Towles. A funeral service celebrating Albie's life will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 11 AM in the BEECHER & BENNETT - TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 410 Campbell Ave., West Haven. Friends are invited to visit with his family from 10-11 AM before the service. Private interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
