In Lecanto, FL, April 6, 2006 Alfred A. Galinot, husband of Beverly Ann McMillian Galinot of 3303 N. Camomile Pt., Beverly Hills, FL. Father of Lisa Kerrigan of Wallingford, Laurie Galinot of Fredericksburg, VA and Alfred Galinot, Jr. of Aurora, CO. Brother of the late Alma Brooks. Also survived by a granddaughter, Melissa Kerrigan and several nieces and nephews. Alfred was born in New Haven on June 19, 1924, son of the late Albert and Anna Kenkel Galinot. He was a veteran in the US Army during WW II, serving in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater. He was employed for 35 years in the Defense Department as an Industrialist Specialist in the Logistic Agency. Alfred was a member of Hiram Lodge No. 1 Masonic Order, VFW of Beverly Hills, FL, Elks of Homossas, FL and NARFE of Government employees. Entombment with Masonic Service and Military Honors, Saturday, April 15, 2006 at 9:30 AM at Beaverdale Memorial Park Mausoleum. A Memorial Service will follow at 11 AM at Zion Lutheran Church.
