Alice Mae Stanley Brown's Obituary
In Hamden,July 25, 2003, Alice Mae Stanley Brown formerly of 135 Derby Ave., New Haven. Wife of the late David Brown. Born in Baltimore, MD on July 3,1905 she was the daughter of the late James C. and Lillian Kennard Stanley. She worked at Yale-New Haven Hospital and Grand Ave. Press, before retirement. Grandmother of Joel S. Williams. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a daughter, Celestine Mero. Friends may call at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 WHITNEY AVE., HAMDEN, Monday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral service at 7:30 p.m. Interment will be private.
