Ana Hilda Rodriguez, 88, wife of the late Felix Rodriguez, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2022 surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico on July 26, 1933 to the late Angel and Petra Lopez Cruz. Ana is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Miriam (Edwin) Molina of Meriden, Ana Elkins of Wallingford, and Iris Wyman of Meriden; grandchildren, Kevin (Michelle) Molina, Melissa (Rich) Giammarco, Kelly (Seamus) McNeally; and great-grandchildren, Nicole and Anthony Molina, Lilli and Mia Giammarco, and Kinsley and Emmeline McNeally.
Ana was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her greatest moments in life were times spent with her family and she cherished her grandchildren, who affectionately referred to her as "Nanny." Ana was an active member of the local Senior Center and enjoyed participating in numerous social events. She was a devout Catholic, attending church regularly, and was involved in religious organizations such as Inmaculado Corazón de Maria. Her family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the Ramage 4 staff at Masonicare in Wallingford for their dedicated care and support.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 18th at 11:00 a.m. in St. Rose Church, Meriden. Friends may visit with her family at BEECHER & BENNETT-FLATOW FUNERAL HOME, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden on Friday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow after Mass at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
