Angela M.'Nellie' Wysocki, 91 wife of the late Walter Wysocki, passed away on Monday, March 24 , 2008 at Jefferson House in Newington. She was born January 16, 1917 in Meriden a daughter of the late Jacob and Anna (Krzak) Damm. Nellie was a member of St. Stanislaus Church and the St. Theresa Society for many years. She is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Constance and Edward Lorence of Wethersfield and Dolores and Clifford Harrison of Windsor Locks, two sons and their wives, Francis and Jean Wysocki of Meriden and Joseph and Karen Wysocki of Niantic and eight grandchildren, Brian Wysocki of California., Marc Wysocki of Massachusetts., Dina Wysocki-Lavallee of Florida, Leanne Wysocki-Williams of East Lyme, Andrew Harrison of Somers, David Harrison of Bloomfield, Joanne Lorence-Dively of Southington and Kerri Lorence of West Hartford. She also leaves 11 great-grandchildren, Drew and Matthew Wysocki, Keenan Wysocki, Eric and Kaylee Williams, Gunnar Harrison, Dale, Jennifer, Jake, Josie and Janie Dively, a brother, Frederick Damm of Wallingford and a sister, Genevive Davis of Portland as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Simcik and two brothers Walter and Theodore Damm. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 27 at 12:00 noon at St. Stanislaus Church, 82 Akron St., Meriden. Burial will follow in St.Stanislaus Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave. on Thursday from 10-11:30am.
