At Harborside Healthcare Arden House, Oct. 3, 2006, Ann M. Tessmer Turgeon, 98, formerly of Woodruff St., Hamden. Wife of the late Thomas Turgeon; beloved mother of Lorraine Palacios and devoted son-in-law William Palacios; sister of the late Alfred Tessmer, David Tessmer and Edward Tessmer. Ann was born in Wallingford on Jan. 26, 1908, daughter of the late John and Josephine Savoy Tessmer. She was educated in Wallingford. During the 1930's, she was a former hat model in New York City. Services were held on Fri., Oct. 6 at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Interment was held in All Saints Cemetery.
