At St. Raphael's Hospital, March 11, 2003, Anthony A. Civittolo 70, of Foxon Rd., North Branford. Survived by his children, Megan Civittolo, Anthony Civittolo, both of Port St. Lucie, FL and Carmen Civittolo of Las Vegas, Nevada, his fiancee Carol Erickson Allen and her sons, Joseph and Paul Allen, dear friend of Robert and Diane Swartz and their children Jaime, Robyn, and Lauren all of North Branford. He is also survived by a grandson. He was predeceased by a sister, Theresa DeFrancesco. Tony was born in New Haven, July 9, 1933, a son of the late Carmen and Rose Esposito Civittolo. He served in the US Navy. He was a supervisor in the maintenance department for 33 Years at Amtrak and was also a Union Representative. Tony was a member of the Elks Club in FL, former President of Little League in Deltona, FL and Rosary Club in St. Augustine. Funeral leaving Beecher & Bennett Taylor Funeral Home, Monday, March 15 2004 at 10 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM at St. Augustine Church, 30 Caputo Rd., North Branford.
