ANTHONY R. ROSSI Hamden- Anthony R. Rossi, 77, of 75 Washington Ave., beloved husband of the late Angela Prates Rossi passed away February 25, 2006. He was born in New Haven September 26, 1928 son of the late Domenic and Philomena Maturo Rossi and was a resident of Hamden for over 35 years. Mr. Rossi was owner and operator of the G.T. Plumbing and Heating Co. for many years with his partner and good friend, Gary Naylor. He also served in the US Army, communications unit, during the Korean conflict. Dear brother of William Rossi of New Haven, Elizabeth Petrosino of Charlotte, NC, and Anne (John) Pacelle of Southington, CT. He was predeceased by two sisters Lucille Rossi, Dorothy Volpe and a brother Frank Rossi. As a beloved uncle and great uncle, he will be deeply missed by his many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT 2300 Whitney Ave Hamden, Thursday March 2, at 10:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 11 am. Interment with Military Honors in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 4-8 pm.
