Arline M. Larson, 86, of West Haven passed away at Connecticut Hospice on November 20th, 2015. Born in New Haven on March 10, 1929, she was a daughter of the late George & Katherine Larson. She is survived by her sister, Joan Larson of West Haven, her beloved companion of 53 years, William Povilaitis of Derby, and her nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, George Larson. She had worked at the Seamless Rubber Co. for 40 years before her retirement. She was an avid lover and supporter of animals, frequently donating to various shelters and organizations. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, November 25th at 10 AM in Beaverdale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Arline's memory can be made to Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405. Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
