In Branford, January 28, 2011, Arthur E. Smith, Jr. of New Haven husband of the late Marian Horowitz Smith brother of Annie Wilbur of Hamden, cousin of Richard Smith, and Anna Smith. Also survived by three nephews. Arthur was born in New Haven, November 16, 1955, son of the late Arthur and Anna Hoffman Smith, Sr. He was a Certified Technologist for the H. B. Communications of North Haven. Funeral Service and interment will be private. Arrangements in care of BEECHER & BENNETT-TAYLOR, Funeral Home, 410 Campbell Ave., West Haven.
