Arthur D. Staple, age, 90, husband of the late Claire Burns Staple, passed away on January 20, 2023. He was born in Newark, NJ on November 16, 1932. Arthur resided most of his life in Elizabeth, NJ before moving to Hamden in 1996. He spent his career as an Art Director with Lewis Studios based out of New Jersey. Arthur is survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers, Arnold, Henry, and Frederick.
Arthur will be interred in Mount Saint Mary's Cemetery in Pawtucket, RI in a private service. Arrangements are in care of Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden.
