In New Haven, Sept. 8, 2005, Barbara Gordon Corona, 66, of Main St., Hamden, beloved wife of 46 years to Robert L. Corona. She was born in New Haven, September 19, 1938 a daughter of the late Gilbert and Hazel Lewis Gordon. Besides her husband, Barbara was a loving mother and friend to her three daughters, Linda Kresta of North Haven, Tracey Pascarella of Hamden and her husband, John and Robin Jasman of Cheshire and her husband, John. She was fondly called Mammy by most family and friends, especially her eight grandchildren, Melanie, Jessica, and Michelle Kresta, John, Robert, and Louis Pascarella, and Russell and Megyn Jasman. She is also survived by her brother, Gilbert Gordon, sister-in-law, Linda Corona, Aunt Carol, Uncle Bob, and mother-in-law, Anne Corona. She is predeceased by her sister, Eleanor Sturtze, brothers, Bruce Gordon and Edward Gordon, son-in-law, Gary Kresta and her father-in-law, Americo Corona. Funeral sevice at Dunbar United Church of Christ, Tues., Sept. 13 at 10 A.M.
