Wallingford - Barbara E. Dunn 77, of Donald Ct., died on Saturday, Dec. 30 at CT Hospice in Branford. She was born in Meriden on June 3, 1929 a daughter of the late Otto and Katherine (Knapp) Kamens. She retired from Cytec Industries after 25 years of service as an executive secretary. Barbara was a longtime member of the Turner Society and Immanuel Lutheran Church, Meriden. She was a passionate Hummel Collector and enjoyed traveling the world. Barbara is survived by two daughters, Sandra Lee and her husband Ronald Mortenson of Enfield, CT, Karen Jane Toledo of Foxboro, MA, two sons and their wives, Gary and Dianna Dunn of Michigan, and Kevin and Victoria Dunn of Hamden, CT, two brothers, Kenneth Kamens of Mansfield, MA, Alan Kamens of Lansing, Michigan, and a sister, Carolyn Callen of Lansing, Michigan. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, Matthew Dunn of Grand Rapid, Michigan, Kelsey, Bryce, Dakota and Cheynne Dunn all of Lansing, Michigan, Michelle Peacock of Somers, CT, Jocelyn Mlynick of Rumford, ME, Christopher Mortensen of Enfield, CT, Matthew, Kimberly and Jason Toledo all of Foxboro, MA, and five great-grandchildren, Jason, Steven and Samantha Peacock all of Somers, CT, Alexis and Tyler Marston both of Rumford, ME as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 4 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 164 Hanover St., Meriden.
