Barbara E. O'Garro, age 76, of New Haven passed away on June 13, 2026 at St. Raphael Hospital. Barbara was born in West Haven on July 23, 1949, the daughter of the late Herbert W. O'Garro, Sr. and Daisey (Enever) O'Garro. Barbara is survived by her brother, Herbert W. O'Garro, Jr. of Hamden.
