Barbara Lynn Ruiz, 57, of East Haven passed away on January 25, 2023 at Yale-New Haven Hospital after a short illness. She was born in New Haven on September 4, 1965 to Mary Yashenko Gritzbach and the late Robert Gritzbach. Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Gabriel; her son, Gabriel R. Ruiz; sisters, Cheryl (Jack) Senberg and Denise Gritzbach; her nieces and nephews; and cat, Manny.
Friends and family are welcome to attend Barbara's Graveside Service on Monday, January 30th at 1:00 p.m. in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
