Cannon, Beekman C. Beekman Cox Cannon, 92, Professor Emeritus of music history in the department of music, Yale University and past Master of Yale's Jonathan Edwards College, died at his home in New Haven, Tuesday, October 19. Husband of the late Margaret Hall Cannon, he is survived by two nieces, Mrs. Julia C. Wertenbaker and Mrs. Urling C. Kingery, a nephew, Mr. Henry Brevoort Cannon, III and 6 great-nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 25 at 3:30 PM at Christ Church, 84 Broadway, New Haven. Burial will be Wednesday in Cherry Valley, NY.
