Keene- Betty Scott Chillingworth, 80, of Maple Ave., wife of the late Philip Chillingworth passed away Monday, Sept. 27, in the Cheshire Medical Center after a brief illness. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Anne Chillingworth of Rockville, MD, her son, Richard Chillingworth and his wife, Joyce, of Tulsa, OK, two grandsons, Erik Chillingworth of Tulsa, OK, Edward Chillingworth of Rockville, MD and a brother George Scott of Minneapolis, MN. She was predeceased by a sister Jean Scott. Betty was born in Minneapolis, MN Jan. 19, 1924 a daughter of the late Clarence F. and Emma Johnson Scott and was a resident of Keene since 1976. She was a member of the United Church of Christ in Keene. A graveside service of interment will be Sat., October 2, 2004 at 10 a.m. in the Chillingworth Family Plot, Westville Cemetery, New Haven, CT.
