Carlos Angel Lugo, age 28, of Meriden, passed away on Tuesday June 9, 2020. He was born in Meriden on January 31, 1992. He is survived by his parents Carlos Lugo and Ann LaHaye DeJesus, siblings; Maritza Crespo, Michael DeJesus, Jose Rivera, and Lizette Figueroa.
Funeral services will be private and are under the direction of Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, Meriden.
