In Orange, Sept. 7, 2007, Caroline Johnson Strong, 96, formerly of Orange, wife of the late Irving W. Strong: sister of the late Evelyn A. Sperry. She is survived by nieces and nephews. Caroline was born in New Haven, April 12, 1911, a daughter of the late Simon and Harriet Valkenburgh Johnson.. She was a former member of the Orange Women's Club and the Orange Senior Citizens. Funeral service Monday September 10 at 11;00am at BEECHER & BENNETT-TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 410 Campbell Ave. at Court St., West Haven. Rev Stoddon King wil officiate. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery.
