Celestine Pennyman, 58, of Meriden passed away on June 24, 2017 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She was born in Meriden on November 9, 1958 daughter of Eddie Pennyman Sr. and Flaretta Felton Pennyman. Celestine is survived by her children David Johnson Jr., Flaretta Fluker, and Eric Fluker; her sisters Lisa Pennyman-Shider, Melinda Pennyman-Gonzales, Bridget Pennyman, Faye Taylor, and Maryann Caldwell; her brothers Robert, Luther, Eddie Jr., Victor, Richard, Matthew and Eddie Jr. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Celestine was predeceased by her brothers Pete and Dean Pennyman. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Celestine's family on Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at BEECHER & BENNETT-FLATOW FUERAL HOME, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden.
