Celia Jean Brown, age 64, passed away on Sept. 22, 2010 at her home in Woodbridge, CT. Born in Ogden, Utah on Feb. 4, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Cyrus J. & Jean Bergin Brown and granddaughter of the late Frank S. & Celia Bergin. After attending LSU, she subsequently moved to New Haven in 1969 where she continued her career as a prominent figure in the social services community until the time of her passing. Beloved by many she is survived by her brothers; Cyrus, David, Robert and Tom Brown and their families. Please join her family in the celebration of Celia's life on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 3:00 PM in the Zion Episcopal Church, 326 Notch Hill Road, North Branford, CT with reception to follow at the church.
