In New Haven, February 15, 2001. Charles F. Dudis of 311 Eastern St. Husband of Charlotte Davis Dudis. Born in New Haven on March 4, 1912, he was the son of the late Peter and Teophila Gadzintus Dudis. A veteran of W.W. II, he served in the 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army. Mr. Dudis was the Club Manager for the Wethersfield Country Club, retiring over 40 years ago. He is survived by stepchildren; Elaine Civitello, Joseph Scrabak, both of Westbrook and Beverly Girolomo of Hamden. A sister, Helen Dudis of New Haven, a nephew and his wife, Peter and Joanne Dudis of Rocky Hill and their children, Michael and David. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was a role model for many new Christians to follow after God. A long standing member of Pine Grove Assembly of God and Whitney Christian Life Center in New Haven, he served as Head Usher, Greeter and President of the Men's Ministry. He was a true gentleman. His positive spirit will be missed by all. Funeral service at BEECHER AND BENNETT, 2300 WHITNEY AVE., HAMDEN on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 10:30 A.M. Friends may call on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 AM.
