Kibbe, Charlotte H. In New Haven, March 26, 2002, Charlotte Howd Kibbe, 82 of 117 Cooper Place, mother of Linda Squires of Windsor, CA, Joan Kibbe of New Haven and Robert A. Kibbe of Bethany, also survived by 4 grandchildren. Charlotte was born in New Haven, May 26, 1919 a daughter of the late Joseph and Florence Bunting Howd and step daughter of the late Betty Graham Howd. She was a secretary at SCSU, Dept. of Social Work for 25 years and was also a secretary for many years at the United Church of Westville. Family and friends will meet for a Funeral Service on Sat., March 30, 2002 at 10 a.m. at the United Church of Westville. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery, East Haven.
