Claudia M. Moon, 83, of 2480 Whitney Ave., Hamden wife of the late Millard Doyl Moon, Sr, passed away Saturday, August 12, 2006. Mrs Moon was born in Seneca, SC, October 2, 1922, daughter of the late Claude and Lola Knox Miller. She was employed at B J's Store in North Haven since its opening. She is survived by a daughter, Carol Moon Roberts of North Haven, a son Millard Doyl Moon, Jr. of Maypearl, TX, a sister, Winifred Miller Abercrumble of Seneca, SC, 4 grandchildren, Tricia Roberts and Tracey Roberts both of North Haven, and Dana Moon and Matthew Moon both of GA. She was predeceased by a brother, Whit Miller. Friends may call at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, Tuesday from 5-7 pm. Funeral service and interment will take place in Collage Park, GA.
