Conna Mae Arnold, age 101, of Meriden, passed away on March 25, 2023. Conna Mae was the widow of John L. Arnold. Born in Springfield, OH on August 16, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Twing Paul and Laura (Folck) Brooks and sister of the late Patti Ann Brooks. For the first 50 years of her life she resided in Ohio, moving to Meriden in 1972. Conna Mae is survived by her sons, Gary L. Arnold, with whom she resided, and Gregory Arnold and his wife Judy of Bonita Springs, FL; and her grandchildren, Carly Brooks Arnold and Garen Jay Arnold of Dayton, OH. Conna Mae was a devoted mother and grandmother and dear friend to many. She always enjoyed reading, puzzles, board games, dominos, bingo, and television shows like Dancing With the Stars. Her family would like to thank all the people, aides, and others that helped made her life easier in her time of need.
Conna Mae's family will have a Celebration of her Life at a later date. Her burial will take place in Ohio.
