Curtis E. Hilton, 84, of Meriden, passed away on November 22, 2023 at the Curtis Home. He was born in Georgetown, SC on January 12, 1939, a son of the late Alex and Rosa Frierson Hilton. Curtis is survived by his daughters, Linda, Sylvia Hilton, Patricia (Rondal) Archer, Tracy Holley, Wendy Hilton, and Yvonne Holley, and his son Benjamin "Alex" Hilton, his grandchildren, Jevon, Paris, Roderick Foster, Janell Hilton, Shamaree Brissett, Rondal Archer, Shani Holley, Jaquoi, Jeron, Kamren Belin, Alissa Leggett, and Tamika Holley, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his siblings, Thomas Hilton, Mary Rickenbacker, Ollie Hilton, Emma Jean Patterson, Beulah Alston, and Edward Hilton. Curtis worked at Cytec Industries for many years until his retirement.

A graveside service celebrating Curtis's life will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in Pine Grove Cemetery, 857 S. Main St., Middletown, CT.
