Mr. David Heald Clary, of Hamden, passed away on April 28, 2014 after a brief illness. He was born on February 22, 1933 in Worcester, MA to the late Ernest and Marjorie Stewart Clary. He grew up in Worcester where he attended Bancroft School. He later attended The Governor's Academy in Byfield, MA, the oldest continuously operating boarding school in the country. He received a Bachelor's degree from Trinity College, Hartford in 1955. He served in the U.S. Military in Japan in the late 1950's. He spent much of his life in New York City and southern Connecticut. He is survived by his nieces Elizabeth Clary Chow and Patricia Clary, both of New York City.
