David S. Gilbert, age 64, of Hamden, passed away August 20, 2021. Born in New Haven on October 14, 1956, he was a son of the late Alan Douglas Gilbert, Sr. & Virginia L. (Edwards) Gilbert. David is survived by his brothers, Alan D. Gilbert and his wife Rosemary of Hamden, and Robert E. Gilbert of Virginia. David was a resident of Hamden most of his life. He was a security guard for many years, last employed by Secure America.
Friends may attend his Graveside Ceremony on Thursday at 10:00 a.m., August 26, 2021, at Beaverdale Memorial Park, Section B, 90 Pine Rock Ave., New Haven, CT. Arrangements are in care of BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, Hamden.
