Deborah (Debbie) Willis Schroeder, 54, of Orange died Friday, February 13, 2009. She was the daughter of Leroy Willis of Orange and the late Evelyn (Gina) Wolyniec Willis, mother of Colleen Schroeder, she is also survived by her loving aunt Betty Chomiak, Uncle Robert Chomiak, Sr., and grandmother Pauline Wolyniec, all of Orange. She was predeceased by her brother Wayne Willis and uncle Eugene Wolyniec. Debbie will be deeply missed by a host of family and friends, especially her dearest cousin Donna Romano and several cousins. She will also be deeply missed by her lifelong friends, Deborah Burke-Davins, Adrienne Chadderton-Kane and Lynda Sobieski. Debbie was born in New Haven June 19, 1954. She was a graduate of Amity High School, owner operator of Rents-R-Us and Deb's Hide Out. She had been in the real estate business for 15 years, working for Realty Partners and Max Com. Debbie was always there with a generous and helping hand to anyone in need and will be lovingly remembered and missed by all who knew her. Funeral service Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 11 AM at BEECHER & BENNETT-TAYLOR, 410 CAMPBELL AVE., WEST HAVEN. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 5-8 PM. Interment in Orange Center Cemetery following the service.
