Strampach, Doris Scott In CT Hospice, August 28, 2001, after suffering with cancer for 5 years, Doris Mae Scott Strampach 69, of Still Hill Rd., Hamden, wife of Robert F. Strampach, mother and mother-in-law of Patricia and James Copley and John and Nancy Strampach all of Hamden, loving grandmother of Elizabeth Strampach and John James Strampach, sister of Elizabeth Bissell of Bristol, CT, Jean Peckham of Arcadia, FL, Cora Peckham of West Haven and Edward Scott of Cheshire. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Doris was born in New Haven, Dec. 25, 1931 a daughter of the late Charles and Harriet L. Scott. She had worked at the former Brock Hall Dairy for 15 years as a packer in their ice cream plant and later was a home health aide. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Congregational Church.
