Dorothy Marie Beck, age 91, passed away on November 30, 2023 at the Hamden Health Care Center where she resided for the last 5 years. Dorothy was born in New Haven on August 21, 1932 the daughter of the late Lawrence and Gertrude (Reilly) Beck. A resident of New Haven most of her life she was a short order cook and waitress at many local diners and restaurants. Never married Dorothy's mother was the center of her life that she always missed dearly.
Her Graveside Service was held at Beaverdale Memorial Park, New Haven on December 5, 2023. Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Avenue, Hamden were in care of her arrangements.
