Edith Jorgensen Rorer In West Haven, Jan. 28, 2002, Edith Jorgensen Rorer, 101 of 130 Highland St., wife of the late Reginald B. Rorer, aunt of Beverly Jorgensen, David Jorgensen, both of Milford, Harry Jorgensen of Woodstock, VT and Karl Jorgensen of Wagram, NC. Also survived by several great nieces and nephews. She was born in Queens, NY, March 25, 1900 daughter of the late Sopheus and Sophia Jorgensen. Retired from the NY, NH and Hartford Railroad in 1972 as a scheduler for 55 years. A lifelong resident of West Haven and a founding member of the First Lutheran Church of West Haven. Funeral service wll be held at BEECHER & BENNETT TAYLOR Funeral Home, 410 Campbell Ave., West Haven, Thursday, Jan. 31 at 11:00 A.M. Friends may call one hour prior the service.
