In New Haven, Oct. 14, 2002, Eleanor DeAngelo Losi, 73, wife of William T. Losi of McDermott Circle, Hamden, mother of Sandra Lee Losi of Wallingford, William T. Losi, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Susan M. Losi of Cheshire, sister of Theresa Panagrosso and Joseph M. DeAngelo Jr., both of North Haven and grandmother of Kimberly Ann Losi. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Vitale and brothers, Anthony DeAngelo, John DeAngelo and Bianco Romano. Eleanor was born in Mt. Carmel, Sept. 7, 1929 a daughter of the late Joseph Michael and Carmela DePonte DeAngelo and was a lifelong resident of Hamden. She retired from the Hamden assessor's office after 16 years of service and was a volunteer at Quinnipiac Valley Health Center. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, Friday, Oct. 18 at 9:15 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 10 o'clock.
