MADISON - Elizabeth Ann Chadwick, 93, of 258 Legend Hill Road, died Friday, Jan. 9, 2004, at MidState Medical Center in Meriden. She was the wife of the late George Chadwick. Born in Meriden on Oct. 30, 1910, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Harriet Saleski Wrigglesworth. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2004, at 11:30 a.m. at the North Madison Congregational Church, 1271 Durham Rd.,Madison, CT. Private burial will take place in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Meriden. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beecher and Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden.
