Mrs Elizabeth McGuire, 97, of 116 Botsford St. Meriden and formerly of Wallingford died Sunday, March 20, 2005 at the Meriden Center. She was the wife of the late Alfred McGuire. She was born in Wallingford, November 4, 1907, daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Kopa Massores. Mrs McGuire was a timekeeper for the former International Silver Company for many years prior to her retirement. She was a member of Most Holy Trinity Church, Wallingford. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Fields of Meriden a sister Ann Viarango of Wallingford 2 grandaughters, Kimberly and her husband, Wayne Skiffington and Stacy and her fiancee, Daniel Gawlak and 2 great grandchildren, Dillon R. and Makayla L. Skiffington all of Meriden. Also, survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 2 sisters and 4 brothers. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Most Holy Trinity Church, Wallingford at 10;30. Interment will be in Saint John's Cemetery, Wallingford.
