ELIZABETH A. '' BETTY '' WILSON Hamden-Elizabeth ''Betty'' Wilson, 76, of 313 Franklin Rd wife of the late Robert J. Wilson, passed away Friday, October 13, 2000 after a brief illness. She was born Dec. 12, 1923, a daughter of the late Matthew and Beatrice Dubois Gibbons and had lived in Hamden since 1950. She was a sales clerk at the W.T. Grant Store for 25 years, retiring in 1975, and a Communicant of St. Stephen Church. Survivors include a daughter, Sharon O'Connor and her husband John O'Connor of Stratford, CT, two sons, Richard Wilson of Quincy, MA, and Craig M. Wilson, and his wife Nancy Fromm, of Phoenix, AZ, a brother in law, Vincent Calvanezi of Hamden, 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden Tuesday morning October 17 at 10 AM. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Stephen Church at 10:30 AM. Friends may call Monday from 5-8pm.
