In Wallingford, May 10, 2005, Ellen Brennan Scheppy, 100, of Wallingford, formerly of Hamden, wife of the late Frank Scheppy and her first husband, James Brennan, mother of James W. Brennan of Boynton Beach, FL and the late Janet E. Bohne. mother-in-law of Edward C. Bohne of Wallingford. Ellen was born in North Branford, Sept. 10, 1904 daughter of the late Aron W. and Lena Smith Johnson. She was predeceased by brothers, Iver, Uno, Conrad & Carl Johnson and sisters, Edith Coates, Elsie Dwyer and Lillian Kamb. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She had worked as a bookkeeper for Hamden Plumbing Co. Friends may call Thurs. from 10-11 a.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
