Esther M. Johnson passed away on January 25, 2016 after a short illness. She was born in New Haven to the late Axel and Selma Pierson Johnson. Esther is survived by her nieces, Anne Waehner of Guilford and Laura Anissian of Sweden. Predeceased by her sister, Selma Folkers; her niece, Cynthia Jamieson; and her nephew, Richard Folkers. She was employed by the real estate company Lomas & Nettleton as a Business Officer. Friends are invited to visit with her family on Saturday, January 30th from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden, with a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
