Meriden- Evelyn I. Dellinger, 79, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at MidState Medical Center. She was born April 12, 1929 in Winchester, Virginia a daughter of the late John and Mary Dellinger. She worked for International Silver and later retired from Imperial Spring Co. She attended St. Joseph Church. Evelyn is survived by her companion of 39years, Yvon Laflamme of Meriden, a sister, Helen LaCroix of Meriden and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Elmore, Robert and James Dellinger and a sister Delma Dobratz. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31 at 10:30am at the Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Meriden.
