Evelyn J. Harris, age 94, of Hamden, formerly of North Branford & West Haven, passed away on March 4, 2015. Evelyn was born in New Haven on January 17, 1921, a daughter of the late Albert & Alice Rempfer Harris. Evelyn was predeceased by her brothers, Robert J. Harris & Daniel Holt and her sister Alice Flavin. She was a Time Clerk for many years for the former Winchester Repeating Arms Corp. Friends may attend her Funeral Service on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM in Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden.
