Meriden-Evelyn (Dechamps) Lepak, wife of the late Edward Lepak, died on May 19, 2017 at the Connecticut Baptist Home. She was the daughter of the late Philomon Dechamps and Odinace (Provencher, Dechamps) Patry. She is survived by her three children; Diane Tullar of Meriden, Mary (Marty) Melanson of Meriden, and Ronald (Tory) Lepak of Berlin, and three grandchildren; Marie (Clyde) Thompson, Jeffrey Lepak (fiancée Shannon Day), and Bradley Lepak (Jolie Chan). She also leaves four great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, a brother, Ronald Patry of Meriden, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by two sisters; Rita (Dechamps) Langevin and Patricia (Patry) Forster, three brothers; Roland Patry, Julien Patry, and Gerald Patry, and one granddaughter, Heidi (Kuckenbrod) Gillespie. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of the Connecticut Baptist Home for the excellent care, love, and support they provided. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 11:00am at St. Laurent Cemetery, 1151 Hanover Ave., Meriden, CT. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, should friends desire, contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of one's choice. The Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden has been entrusted with the arrangements.
