Norman, Evelyn Mary In Hamden, Jan. 23, 2008, Evelyn Mary Norman, 91, formerly of New Haven and Pine Rock Ave., Hamden, wife of the late Gustave William Norman, mother of Richard A. Norman of Hingham, MA, Donald W. Norman of Hamden and Barbara Norman Theriault of Peterborough, NH;sister of Lois Madsen of West Haven. Also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Shirley Tickell and brothers Robert and John Bruch. A daughter of the late Christopher and Augusta Muenzner Bruch, Evelyn was born in West Haven, Feb. 29, 1916. She was employed by Norman Construction Company and worked as a claims adjuster at Zurich America Insurance Company. Funeral service Mon., Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 600 Shepard Ave., Hamden.
