In Hamden January 26,2001, Florence Boris Mercer. of 135 Putnman Ave. Sister of Helen Boris Cavallaro and Ed Gordon, both of Hamden. Born in Hamden October 4, 1926 daughter of the late John and Mary Kryznel Boris. She worked as a Clerical Worker at Yale University, Law school. Funeral service will be held at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden, Wednesday January 31 at 11 A.M. Friends may call Tuesday from 3-6. Burial will be at St. Lawrence Cemetery.
