Perkins, Fraces D. MERIDEN - Frances D. Perkins, 88, formerly of 94 Warren St., died Monday, Oct. 21, 2002, at MidState Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Robert W. Perkins. Born in Bristol on March 11, 1914, she was the daughter of the late George C. and Lovina Bowman Dodge. She had been employed as an inspector at the Napier Company and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and a sister-in-law, Helen Dodge. She was predeceased by a daughter, Joyce Tamburri; a baby son, Buddy Perkins; a sister, Violet Spencer and three brothers, George Dodge, Burton Dodge and Daniel Dodge. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Beecher and Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden, CT. The Rev. Alden Barnes will officiate. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
