In New Haven, March 16, 2006, Frank M. LeBlanc, 80, of 2420 Whitney Ave., Hamden, passed away after a brief illness. He is survived by his loving wife, Helen Springsteen LeBlanc and his four children, Janice LeBlanc, Donna Starr, Laura Mead and Mike LeBlanc. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Frank was born June 23, 1925 in Far Rockaway, LI, NY son of the late Maurice and Ethel Dayton LeBlanc. He had worked as a truck driver for American Freight of Milford.
