George J. Marinko, 61, passed away June 16, 2006 after a brief illness. Brother of Robert G. Marinko of Hamden, and Dawn Fritzell of East Haven. Also survived by 1 niece and 5 nephews 3 great-nieces and 1 great- nephew. He was born in Waterbury and lived in New Haven for many years before moving to Moodus in 1996. He was an artist. Friends may gather Tuesday June 20, from 2-3 p.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 WHITNEY AVE., Hamden, followed by a rememberance service at 3 p.m.
