In Hamden, Nov. 18, 2000 George Mastrianni, 87, of 1450 Whitney Ave. formerly of Colonial Dr. Hamden. Husband of the late Laura Canelli Mastrianni. He was born in Wallingford, son of the late Mario A. and Fiorito Fortunata Mastrianni. He operated the Mount Carmel Bicycle Shop from 1947 untill his retirement on Valentines Day 2000. Mr Mastrianni was a member of the Hamden Fish and Game Club for many years. He is survived by 2 daughters Georgiana M. Borsari of Northford, Lucy M. Miller of Apex, North Carolina and a son Michael G. Mastrianni of Orange 6 grandchildren Mellissa Costelli, Melanie Borsari, Melinda Borsari, Michael J. Mastrianni, Lauren Mastrianni and Monica R. Miller. Also survived by a sister Helen DiMeo of Italy. Predeceased by a grandaughter Miranda Borsari and sisters, Laura Mastriani, Rose Kominik, Jenny Tenedine, Maria Pannone and a brother Victor Mastrianni.
