MERIDEN - Geraldine Sterling Bruenn, 89, of 60 Hanover Street, died Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at Coccomo Memorial Health Care. She was the wife of the late Walter Bruenn. Born in Meriden on Oct. 13, 1917, she was the daughter of the late John and Frieda Sterling Rayhayes. She was employed at the Connecticut Telephone Company and was a volunteer at the Kuhn Society for the Handicapped for seventeen years. She is survived by a sister, Shirley Stonick of Everett, WA and a good friend, Arlene Catrona of Meriden. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by a son, Raymond Allen Bruenn. Relatives and friends may call Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Beecher and Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden, followed by a graveside service at Gethsemane Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. The Rev.
